It's a journey into ourself in the very present moment without aspectations and pressures for achieve any future result, rather we let us drive buy our inner and deep wishes and longings and find an integrate way to go in that direction.
Basically this is a space to connect with the here and now and develop an healty SELF RESPONSABILITY to move adult steps along the way close to our heart.

How a session look like
A session start with a short dialogue to understand the purpose and the wish/longing present --> It could be also a moment to focalize what is the struggle/block present.
After that we start to explore the topic, and everything that we meet during the sessions, from different perspective in according with what unfold and what is need in that specific moment:
it could be stay more on a verbal level, it could be questioning the body , it could be engaging the body trough a movement or a sequences of movements, it could be living a systemic constellation or an inner dialogue with different our parts.
At the end of every sessions it is a present a moment of reflection and cristallization of what we discovered/learned, how to bring this new awareness in the daily life and what could be the next step.

About 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Online: Google meet or Zoom or Skype.

Cost : 70€
